The Policy Manager is a powerful module that allows you to organize your current policies or create new ones. Wavelength distributes these policies across your organization and tracks employee acknowledgement.
Wavelength automatically assigns your corporate policies to employees as tasks, allowing them to navigate with extreme ease to the assigned policies; employees can read the descriptions, download attachments and approve policies once they have read them.
You can view policy acknowledgement, the system will provide you with both the employees who have not read the assigned policies, and those who have read and approved the assigned task.
You can track specific Employee Policy Compliance, you can access the employee personal details and click on the policy tab to see a list of accepted policies.
When setting up a new Policy in Wavelength, you can define constraints, training, and renewals.
Constraints: You can define whether you would like to be sent out to all employees, specific departments, certain employees, or selected locations.
Training: If the policy that you are creating in Wavelength creates training, you have the ability to select which training type(s) and whether or not they expire.
Renewals: You have the ability to define which policies require a renewal and can select whether that renewal is based on a specific date or a number of months.
